We sell to whom in a corporate boardroom or a beach-side resort, and to whom always search for the newest watch designs to suit their style.
Is it safe to buy from Aston Rouge?
We guarantee that all our products are authentic. We offer a 24 months warranty and a 30 days money back guaranty. You are also protected by PayPal.
What if the watch get damaged?
Aston Rouge get you covered. Not only we are a watch seller that ships worldwide, we also have a full team of watchmakers and watch repair technicians in house.
How do I check the status of my order?
Checking the status of your order is easy. Simply log in to your account and view previous orders. The information for any in-progress order will be updated as processing is completed and shipping progress is made.
What happens if I forget my password?
If you lose or forget your password between shopping trips, simply click on the “Lost your password?” link below the login button on the login screen or at checkout. Fill in your username or email on file in the designated box and we will send you an email with a link to create a new password.
When will I get my order?
Item will be shipped within 1-3 business day after payment is confirmed. Depending on your location, shipping times may vary. Normally it takes 7-10 business days in total for you to receive the product. When we send your order, we will email you a confirmation and include tracking information. You may also log in to your account at any time to check the status of your order.
What does shipping cost?
We provide worldwide free delivery for orders over US$150. For orders below US$150, US$25 shipping costs will be charged. Customers don’t need to pay for the import duties and taxes.
What is your return policy?
You can return any item with any reason within 30 days after you received it. Item must be returned in its original condition such as wrapping, box, warranty papers & tags. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
For items with defects, please contact us within 3 days after you received it. We will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
For items returning to repair, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
Please make sure to use safe postage service with tracking number, we will not be able to provide a refund if we do not receive the item. For all cases, we need to check the returned product first before giving you the refund.
What does the warranty cover?
Issues regarding the functions of products will be covered. Warranty does not cover damage caused by the user after purchase.
How do I replace my battery?
We don’t suggest replacing the battery yourself. Please let a watch repair shop do that for you as it requires special tools and you could damage your watch. The batteries for our collection have up to 6 years battery life and can be replaced by an experienced watch repair shop.
